Our dedication to ensuring our customers receive the best products, with the best service, at the best price is a part of our core offering and that is why we will match any published competitor's price on like-for-like items.

For a product to be price matched, it must meet the following criteria:

The item(s) must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery from another website, store or competitor that is located within Australia only and with the same warranty as offered by Reward Hospitality
The item(s) being price matched must be exactly the same brand, specification, colour, make, model and size etc as the item(s) available at Reward Hospitality
The price will not be matched where there are hidden extras such as delivery charges and quoted shipping charges will not be included in the price match
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or any customer rebate
The price must be published in writing in quotation format, or on the competitor's branded letterhead or published on the competitor’s website
Reward Hospitality extends this facility to our customers in good faith but reserves full discretion and the right to refuse a Price Match Promise request, where the above requirements are not met
Price Match Promise excludes comparing like-for-like products from companies within the Reward Supply Co PTY LTD group of companies
