Who is this commercial kitchen & bar fitout service for?
Reward Hospitality’s Venue Design and Consultation Services are for hospitality businesses planning to enhance their existing space or build an entirely new one. Clients are typically the owners of a franchise, restaurant, hotel or café but are not limited to these. We also work with school cafeterias, mobile food vendors, hospitals and mining catering facilities.
At times our clients have very custom fit-out requirements, and we are adept at navigating the most complex of scenarios to completion. With our partners, we have designed and built thousands of commercial kitchens.
Reward Hospitality and our partners are the experts you need if you’re looking for the most functional and innovative design solution using the latest technology. Correctly manufactured and installed fit-outs can create a high return on investment for our clients. We also pay specific attention to details involved in project managing your fit-out. This experience can save thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in the overall life of your commercial kitchen fit-out.
Who is this service not suitable for?
Our service is not suitable for quick-fix venue or fit-out solutions. We offer complete kitchen design and fit-out solutions without cutting corners, cost or quality. Our Project Managers value proper planning and pay careful attention to the construction process from initial drawings to manufacture and installation.
Our experience and professionalism minimise costs and potential hiccups as we work meticulously to meet project deadlines. We are not in the business of providing substandard service or unreliable equipment that may save you funds initially but will ultimately cost many dollars to replace later.

Design Services
What is the brief overview of what we do?
Our kitchen design and consultation service is for businesses planning to enhance or build a new space to create a functional, efficient kitchen or bar. Our clients are typically owners of franchises, restaurants, hotels, or cafes to name just a few.
On many occasions, our customers have bespoke commercial kitchen design requirements, and we are happy to assist them as this can be a complicated process for those who do not share our extensive experience. Our customers are looking for functionality, the latest technology and innovative design solutions which we continue to deliver. These design changes are to generally raise their brand profile, productivity in the kitchen or bar, and improve customer experience.
After building thousands of commercial kitchens, we have found that a properly planned design with stringent project management can save thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars later. This is the critical yet often overlooked part of the process, and we are happy to support and guide any company who wants to get it right the first time.
Who is the commercial kitchen design/consultation for?
You would typically own franchises, restaurants, hotels, or cafés. We have also worked with school cafeterias, mobile caterers, hospitals and mining caterers.
Who is this kitchen design service not suitable for?
We offer a complete commercial kitchen solution at a competitive price and build long-term relationships with our clients. Our attention to detail and planning upfront minimises the costs and potential issues based on our many years of experience. We are not in the business of providing substandard service or unreliable equipment that might save you pennies at first but will cost you many dollars to repair or replace later on.
What to expect from our design services.
We have seen what works and what doesn’t. We like to look to the future of kitchen design and work from that perspective. We want your design to maintain high quality as your company grows and not become obsolete with growth or market changes. Our commercial kitchen designs and bar designs pay close attention to:
- Staffing costs
- Energy efficiency
- The utilisation of space for maximum food output and space for restaurants (and to please the eye!)
- Coming in at a budget that makes sense for the investment
- Highlighting the critical areas for investment for maximum return on your business with your kitchen
- Enjoying the process along the way and completing the project on time
How long does the venue design process take?
Typically this process can be arranged depending on your needs. Together with our partners, we have served some of the largest hotels, franchises, and the trendiest local cafés. It depends on your needs.
Here is an average timeframe:
- Discovery meeting to initial concept design: 2 weeks
- Once the initial design is approved, the hard design will be completed within 1 week
- Formalised budget costing completed within a week after hard design
- The total average time is 2-4 weeks, although each client is different and we can give you an idea during the first meeting
What makes us different from other venue designers?
We love what we do! We enjoy having clients for life and revel in seeing their businesses thrive.
What makes us really unique? Our commercial kitchen designers can take your design from consultation and planning to construction. We not only design it but together with our partners we also use our own in-house capabilities to see your project to completion. We are with you the entire way from start to finish. This saves you time and creates massive cost savings on kitchen design in Australia, which we pass on to you. For us, kitchens are about bringing people together.
What is the value of getting a design before construction?
The biggest mistake that business owners make is not going through a proper design process before beginning construction. They try to save money on the design work, which in the end, can cost them more. Professional planning with an expert can go a long way to a productive future. Mapping out a concept on paper will save you money later on, and also allow you to run different scenarios to determine what design features matter the most to you.
Can I do this even after the build has started?
Of course, we can still work with you if the build has started. By assessing the current conditions of the build, recommendations can still be made and design aspects met before construction continues further. If your kitchen is totally complete, we can assess the current layout, and using the infrastructure provided, recommend specific reconfiguration of the existing space to harness efficiency where it is not being met.
Who are the consultants?
Depending on your needs, we have a range of different designers who will at times collaborate to serve you best. Each of them has designed hundreds of kitchens.
