The Prince Castle Dedicated Holding Bin 2x2 is designed to provide efficient “work-in-process” capacity for large foodservice operations while maximising energy efficiency. Featuring a stainless steel exterior and cavity walls, this unit ensures durability and reliability in high-demand environments. The solid-state digital control system allows precise heater temperature control, offering flexibility with adjustable upper and lower heaters for optimal food holding.

With two cavities that hold two third-size, 2 1/2” deep pans each, the unit can accommodate up to four pans, making it perfect for large-scale operations. The Reli-A-Temp infrared heater technology provides consistent food temperatures and eliminates edge drop-off, ensuring food stays at the perfect serving temperature without overcooking.

MenuTrak supervises food holding by tracking menu items and hold times, alerting you when it's time to discard old products and cook new ones. This unit also features an intuitive pan indexing system to prevent incorrect pan placement and ensure precise temperature maintenance.
