The Lincoln Electric Impinger Conveyor Oven 2514V-1 is a compact and efficient solution for cafes, pubs, clubs, and restaurants looking to cook a variety of dishes, from steaks to bakes, without the need for ventilation. Designed to fit on most commercial countertops, it can replace a half-sized convection oven or up to five microwave ovens, offering a space-saving alternative without compromising cooking performance. It offers up to a 300°C cooking range with adjustable cooking time from 1 to 30 minutes. The air impingement technology allows to cook food for up to four times faster compared to conventional ovens.

This ventless oven ensures even heating and cooking with minimal effort and maintenance, making it perfect for high-volume environments. It does not even require an exhaust canopy, made possible with its catalytic converter that filters any harmful vapour. It can be stacked up to two high for additional flexibility and convenience.
