This heavy-duty unit is ideal for storing and transporting a variety of hot food products in covered gastronorm pans. The half-height version includes four 2/1 GN-sized racks, each capable of holding six 230mm plates, offering an impressive capacity of seven 2/1 GN pans or 14 x 1/1 pans.

Equipped with elements at the base of the unit, it provides gentle, radiant heat that helps prevent food from drying out, unlike fan-forced circulation. The unit also features a removable water tray to introduce moisture, ensuring your food stays fresh for longer. With heavy-duty non-marking 125mm swivel casters, two of which have brakes, this hot cupboard is both mobile and stable. Available with either a solid or glass door, it’s an excellent solution for maintaining temperature and quality in high-demand environments.
