The Austheat AF813R Single Pan 43LT Electric Fryer in the Rapid Recovery model features 21.5 kW of power and is designed to perform where the demand for recovery is extreme. Its robust and easy-to-clean construction will give you years of trouble-free service while consistently producing high-volume fried foods in stadiums, aged care, mining, takeaway shops, restaurants & QSR’s. This electric fryer has no flame, ensuring no gases are emitted and reducing heat in the kitchen, providing a cleaner and more comfortable working environment and reducing air conditioning costs. This model also comes with lids, three heavy-duty stainless steel baskets, rear castors for complete manoeuvrability, adjustable front legs, and drain extensions.
