The Hobart Ecomax Plus Dishwasher Undercounter is the ideal solution for commercial kitchens that need a high-capacity dishwasher to handle larger loads. With an extra-large wash chamber, the F515L-D is specifically designed to accommodate 600x400mm bakery trays, as well as standard GN pans. This extended wash chamber is perfect for kitchens that require additional space for washing large trays and cookware.

The F515L-D features a single-button control system with digital temperature indication, making it simple to operate. Choose from three selectable wash cycles, including a special hygiene programme to ensure hygienic cleanliness, a cutlery and glasswashing cycle, and a bottle washing programme (available with an optional bottle washing system). The rotating top and bottom wash system ensures even water distribution, while the indented nozzles prevent blockages.

Designed for ease of use and maintenance, the F515L-D features a stainless steel rinse arm and housing, with easily removable rinse arms that require no tools. The dishwasher also includes a thermostat stop function to ensure consistent rinse temperatures and is equipped with a tank strainer, coarse filter, and pump suction casing for efficient cleaning.

The dishwasher’s deep-drawn wash tank, double-walled housing, and heat-insulated front door contribute to its durability and efficiency. The 425mm loading height allows for easy loading of large plates, while the fully integrated detergent and rinse aid dispensers, rinse pressure pump, and drain pump streamline operation.
