Optional ceramic rocks ensure even heat and smoky flavours, while heavy-duty cast iron 'diamond' grates cover a spacious cooking area of 580mm x 520mm. Crafted with 2mm 304 stainless steel splash guards and a 0.9mm stainless steel char grill under the tray, this grill is built to withstand the rigours of commercial kitchens.
